Dear Friends,

Thank you for your support in the Club elections and continued dedication to the Club welfare.

I would like to state that in tradition with past officers of the Club, we would like to make some improvements at minimum or no expense to the Club ledger.

We would like the following points taken under advisement:
Secure under lock and key all Club property assets, fuel, tools, etc.
Commence feasibility study too move the pistol shed back.
Look into moving pistol targets. Enlarge the berms.
Repair and rebuild 200-yard targets.
Build small shed, 12x12, at the far end of the rifle range.
Set shooting events, black powder, and .22.
Prepare the plow truck and property for winter.
Give members a choice of receiving the Club newsletter by snail mail or downloading it in PDF format from the club website, saving on mailing cost.
Clean up junk woodpiles and set date for a fall scrap wood burning party.
List all Club NRA members and encourage members to join.
Locking the main road to the property.
Stencil Club property, tables, tools, etc. with the Club logo.
Compile a comprehensive list of the members contact info, phone numbers, emails.


I am enclosing an EXCEL book of the club members to be used as reference for future mailings and Club business; I will also be updating the Club forms and mailing lists.

We will bring all proposals to the Club Officers in a timely fashion.
